KYD55 Starts on January 5th, 2024
KYD55 is our 55-day healthy habit challenge. It’s completely free and entirely up to you on what habits you want to create. The purpose of the challenge is to create a supportive environment to encourage each other that creates momentum. The basis of the challenge is to stick to the five pillars of the program daily for 55 days: Nutrition, Excercise, Water consumption, Reading, and Service. It’s up to you which nutrition and exercise plan is best for you, but whatever you decide, stick to it for the duration of the challenge.
To join the KYD55 Facebook Group, you must agree with the Terms & Conditions when you join.
Let’s do this together…
Your dreams will always take a backseat to your health. We receive far too many emails from people who have spent their entire lives preparing for “their time,” only to get derailed at the last minute by a medical emergency. Suddenly, their plans have to change.
Why do we put off making major changes until we’re forced to? Let’s make 2024 your best year ever by creating healthy habits that support your dreams. KYD55 isn’t just physical, either. Our thinking plays the biggest role in our health, which is why reading and service are two key elements of this program.
It won’t be easy … but nothing worth doing ever is! You won’t regret making this commitment to yourself and your dreams.
Just to be 100% clear…
This is completely free! Nothing is hidden on the B-side either. The only thing it will cost you is commitment. We do this for no other reason than we feel called to bring the KYD Community together to focus on what’s truly the most important thing in our lives, our health. “Those that have their health can have countless dreams and those that don’t have only one”. For the KYD Community, dreams are often realized after the kids are grown or in retirement and it’s never too late to establish the healthy habits that will keep us in the driver’s seat of our health and have the vitality to Keep Your Daydream!

Valerie says
KYD55 sounds great but will
Have to do it without Facebook too much negativity
Bad vibes no longer belong
Will have to find inspiration elsewhere to help me with my
55 day challenge love you guys and all you bring to us

Kelly says
Yes, I echo your sentiment…not on Facebook and won’t be. I’d love to see a special page off of their website or something like that to follow along.
Terri Straub says
Not a Facebook person either and would really appreciate utilizing the website.
Shelby says
I completely agree that cleansing ourselves of the negativity that can be found on social media platforms is a necessity from time to time. One idea that came to my mind, perhaps you might consider setting up a new Facebook profile that is solely dedicated to KYD55 and positive and healthy content so that you can join the challenge while keeping the negativity at bay. No matter what you choose, I wish you success in this challenge and a safe and happy New Year!
Beth Hites says
They did try a 3rd party app in the past and didn’t work so well for some people, including me, so then I quit. As someone else said maybe try a FB profile just for this purpose? I’m looking forward to it!
Mike57 says
I too am not on Facebook
Dru Van Doren says
This couldn’t come at a better time! Excited to have company on this journey!
Lisa J Oglesby says
Let’s do this!!! As long as I can have an occasional cocktail, I’m in!
Crystal says
I “ditto” the not on FB from Val. I am not on that either. But, I love your channel and your positivity and would look forward to a commitment of good health with you!
JoEllen says
Will we be able to access every thing through the Mighty Network or it’s only going to be on Facebook. I also don’t use Facebook
Allison says
I think they are just on FB this round since it’s not as pricey as Mighty Network. One thing you could try is bookmarking the homepage group if you make a burner account on FB?

Jerry Wilson says
I have been looking forward to this event since it ended last time.
So many of the habits I created last time have stayed with me. I have 2 that I am going to work on this year to complete my change for the good.
Thank you for the inspiration to be a better me.
Steve says
Love the concept and wish I could participate. Please find another platform for this than facebook. I, too, will not be using that platform anymore. Otherwise, big fan. Thanks.
Jennifer says
Looking forward to participating
Brandi Loyd says
As a nutritionist and long time personal trainer, I love that you are pointing people toward health and wellness.
I manage my autoimmune diseases with diet and lifestyle and I hope many others with chronic illnesses will see how impactful these changes can be on their daily lives.
Great work!
Andrea Michels says
I also am not on Facebook, and haven’t been for 3 years. I know it works well for this sort of thing but would like to see it as a blog or something like that – wasn’t it like that the first year?
I love that you put all this together though! I will watch for the videos.
Jean Danforth says
I tried doing this with KYD last year, unfortunately I didn’t continue! Motivated to try again!

Hi Marc and Trish,
Are you doing a kyd55 starting in 2024?
I watch many of your videos, which are terrific.
I may have watched an old video about a new kyd55 starting soon.
If so I wish to join.
Thanks
Roger Smith
To Healthy Habits says
I would love to participate but have not been able to since it changed to Facebook. Would you consider your messages sent like your weekly blog, your website or on your podcast? I realize this won’t include other members posts but at least we could have your encouraging insight.
Debbie D says
Same, would be nice if it was back in the mighty network. I left Facebook after the first challenge.
Love to join challenge but via a different outlet.
Thanks
Karri says
I really want to do KYD55, but when I click the FB link, it doesn’t give me a way to join the group…
Also, there’s a typo on your FB page–“habbits” does not have two b’s. LOL.
Let’s do this.
Sandra says
I’d already made a plan for dietary changes for 2024, but with a family of 6 ranging in ages from 8 to 69 to feed, it’s going to be tough to please everyone. Having this support group should give me a better chance at success.
Mark says
Would love to be part of it. Sounds like a great motivation. I’ll try without facistbook.
Pam says
I made a decision years ago to exclude social media from my life due to unhealthy behaviors on my part and others. Therefore, I believe as you all do in putting much effort into healthy living habits. Is there another platform to join in other than Facebook?
Carolyn says
Hey Marc and Trish!
Like other people who have commented, I am also unable to join the new KYD 55 24 FB group! I was a member of KYD 55 last year, but there is no link or button showing on my FB page, by which to join the new group for 2024,
I am able to see the new page, but it doesn’t give me an option to join the group.
PLEASE HELP!! I have tried everything I can think of.
I would really like to participate again this year.
Many thanks !

Hello, Can you do another group. I did not get in on this beginning of the year. You two look amazing and would love to hear about camping food choices on the road and ways to stay fit 🙂 Keep doing what you are doing Enjoy life and having so much fun.
