Really needed to check out some of the camp grounds on Beaver Lake run by the Corp of Engineers. Lost Bridge North opened April 1 as did many of their camp grounds. Lost bridge south open May 1 and has some great waterfront sites that at beautiful. Candace and I are site hosts for South. Drop by and we will give you the 5 minute tour.

I grew up in this area and was not aware of all the RV things to do. My sister and many family members live in Bella Vista and Bentonville AR. So glad you visit my home area, and Im sharing the info with my family.

We were thrilled to see this episode and how well you highlighted Bentonville! We are fans of the channel and live in NWA.
Beaver Lake is a great place for water sports and has good camping. Our favorite camping in the area is a pull through site at water’s edge in the Dam Site Lake campground Corp park.

I’m so sad I didn’t know you guys were here!! Add to list: King James Wine on J street and SEWalton Blvd
I live in Bella Vista and have an Airbnb connected to Back40 trail network. It’s paradise for hikers too! NWA is the reason I stopped being a full time RV traveler. 5 years here and I still haven’t begun to see/do it all!

Hog Valley RV & Tree House Resort in Fayetteville is our favorite. We lived in Bella Vista for 12 years, and when we went full time last year, we started out at Blowing Springs and then made our way to Hog Valley. Both are great locations, and Blowing Springs is perfect for access to the trails. But Hog Valley is a step above in customer care. The staff is amazing, amenities are wonderful, and the park is clean and well-kept. It’s our go-to when we visit.
For great coffee, can’t beat Onyx. Any location. They have their own on-site bakery in their Roger’s location that smells like heaven. Yeyo’s is the best taqueria, hands down. Food truck or one of their sites. And you can get really good ramen at Ramen Nara in Bentonville. Buttered Biscuit has GREAT breakfast, and they now have several locations. The wait in line is worth it. And in nearby Farmington, you will find the best homemade cinnamon rolls you’ve ever had at Briar Rose Bakery. It’s a magical experience from the second you walk in the fairytale cottage door and smell the pastries.
So glad to see Crepe’s Paulette (try the KUAF!!!) and Pedlar’s get some love! They’re two of our favorites. And my hubby seconds the Wrights recommendation.

Hi
We’ve followed y’all some since a trip to Swannee Florida when y’all did a seminar…
We’ve been camping and RVing for decades from tents to Class Cs to Allegro Bus when we showed dogs as hobby and now a 2021 Tiffin Phaeton 40IH.
I’m retired Defense Information Systems Agency Division Chief Cyber (retired GS14 and husband is retired Air Force E8 that then consulted and still does part time.
I TRULY want an honest opinion please on leaving Alabama and going to Alaska next summer 2025. We have been by boat and traveled even lived in Japan etc. we want to go but everything we read says it risky especially bigger newer rigs.
And then the depends on your speed, depends on forest fires and rains almost everyday … so with most of east coast to Maine and Upoer UP and no desire for California at this time, we would appreciate your thoughts (won’t repost or hold against you ☺️).
Alaska OR Calgary Stampede up into BC and then at some point stop and don’t go into bad road territory… seeing West Glacier again, and so many other places like Mount Rushmore and Zion NP.
Thanks in advance … y’all are fun, comical, smart, positive and informative. Thank you!
Best regards and safe travels
